The programme is limited to 40 participants with prior arbitrator experience

Practical experience as an arbitrator in international commercial arbitration in BRICS countries

Proficiency in English

Availability to attend at least six of the eight workshops in person and complete written tasks for all eight workshops

Ability to cover workshop travel expenses and the contribution to the BRICS+ Arbitration Academy

Participants cover their travel expenses. The two-year programme combines in-person workshops with preparation and written assignments across all eight workshops
A certificate is awarded upon completion of the programme
